HOW DO I BOOK MY RETURN?

1. Enter the email address used to place the order and your order number (without #). Eg.: 1234

2. Select the products you want to return or exchange.

3. Fill in all the requested fields.

4. In the "Return Comments" section, include the following details:

• Reason for return
• În cazul in care se doreste schimb cu un alt produs sau marime, lasa-ne detalii (nume produs, culoare, marime). In case you want to exchange the product or just the size of the product ordered, leave us details (Exchange product name, color, size)
• Any additional details
